I totally understand, respect, and agree with your previous response to me.

Yet, I personally don't get any pleasure out of infracting anyone, infractions do justice, but without full explanation, they don't do justice to their fullest. I personally find that if you explain to the member in great depth of what they did wrong, a majority of the time, the offense doesn't occur again, yet I still go about moderating in a formal manner, and reasonable manner as you've stated in your previous response.

Antics aside, I do have an idea, but it's kinda far out there.
GnA suffers from a very high Spam-to-Post Ratio, which is pretty sad in a part of the forum that small. Now, I know most of the staff don't venture into the GnA on a regular basis, and I'm not saying that anyone is shirking any duties at all.

But what if a Graphics regular was given small moderation powers in the GnA Forum, sort of like a Guardian, but only in that forum? Or Guardians could be given power in that forum, and someone elected with their main job in mind being watching over that certain part of the forum.

Now, I'm just brainstorming here, so please don't get angry with me. Thought asking you about your opinion on it first would be better than just posting a thread, where it would sound like I was boo-hooing.

Dude I fully explained to him for like five minutes what he had done wrong, he didn't understand why he received it, I explained it more, and he basically spat it back in my face. I was just kind of mad, that he didn't understand the fact I'm trying to help him.
