The problem with my view is that it too often turns into an agreement...I more prefer big sized debates where you can show holes in their argument and then propose my view which really doesn't have any holes thus far past "why would they give it up to anyone to interpret, wouldn't that cause some wrong understandings?". Which it does...take any given war based on religion and whatnot.

Ah, I feared as much. Thanks for the advice, I'll certainly take it. The God thread seems to have been there forever, to the detriment of any other discussion - at least that's the impression I get from fleeting visits over the year. I'll be on the lookout for something a little different cropping up then, and stick my head in if and when.
