Yo! Still interested in ImagenSkins, I am almost finished setting it up. Just a few more minor tweaks and we'll be set.

Because, the director needs as much support as possible. I didn't recommend it to you to torrent, you can do that with any other film, this one deserves a buy, if you can't then wait.

Then don't watch it until you do.

Buy it or don't watch it.

It's an indie film and the director has plans to make more movies (it's his first film).

Buy "Moon" on DVD when it releases. It's one of the best movies I've ever seen.

Hey, can you tell me what you think of my newest sig? Yes, I started again, and this is only my second since I stopped over a year ago. And please give more than a one sentence deal, I would like an honest opinion that points out all the flaws/pluses in my sig. Sorry to be picky, but I really want to improve, and one sentence does not help.

Honestly...to me, that doesn't mean anything. I don't have a hard time digesting. Actually, the skin (though most people take it off) has nutrients that help you digest. There's such thing as restraint, even for purely traditional reasons (like not eating nonkosher animals), but overall I don't think animals are just here to look pretty and be pets, let's be honest.

After natural death though wouldn't be healthy as far as I understand. That's also why kosher meat is only un...messed with stuff and usually only the best, otherwise it runs the risk of having defects and having to be discarded (actually they usually just sell it to nonkosher brands, who sell it as their top of the line stuff) and therefore is a waste of money for them. And it's usually done whenever they're at their highest point because, well you get more meat obviously, it's higher quality, and it hasn't gotten old yet. I just think already dead meat seems unhealthy and the possibilities of it as so low too.

I know what you mean, kind of. I'm not really crazy about animals, I really think all they're here for is to help humans (as mentioned before), but inhuman treating (like pumping chickens full of water right until the point where they're about to die and then drain it all out to enlarge their stomaches) is pretty awful. Actually, where the Jewish tradition of not eating milk and meat together comes from an animal treatment part of the Bible, where it tells you "not to eat a goat (i think it's a goat) in it's mother's milk". So, it's basically that even with that you can't just desecrate something that is or was once alive.

Sorry for 2 VMs, I'm pretty vocal about this :P

I'm not against killing animals for food, TBH they have no purpose other than food or in general just helping humans I believe (again, being religious might have something to do with that). Regardless, I can't imagine eating nonkosher meat even if I wasn't Jewish, it just seems kind of ridiculous the extent they go to to make it as cheap and easy as they possibly can. You pay a ridiculous premium for Kosher meat (for the rabbi, all the checking and watching, etc), but IMO I wouldn't have anything else.

The stuff in general's pretty cool, too. I've seen a couple things in real life and it was surprisingly precise. The knife is so sharp that if you touch it it'll cut your hand, and that's how he checks it after every few cuts, just puts it on his skin and he can tell that it cuts through a few layers of skin (obviously he had really rough skin, after doing this for 20 years). Also, it's one clean cut or you can't use it. Pretty sure it's instant and painless.

Just was looking in the PETA thread and haven't bothered to go through everything, but I thought you'd find this interesting (I'm not about to personally attacked in that failforum for religion on something completely different). It's the progress for making kosher meat, which I've seen a couple times in person. I can explain any jargon or whatever, as it's clearly aimed towards Jews that know it already. I've never really researched the normal way of processing normal meat, but the kosher way is incredibly detailed and I think perfectly humane. Check it out: And You Shall Shecht ...And You shall Eat
