After seeing your signature count in your sig, I went into photobucket and counted how many I have finished as well... Damn was I surprised lol... I had 108. And about 40 of those have never made it to FH lol.

Well, that shade of blue is just too dark, so yeah, I'd either go Filters>Light and Shadow>Drop Shadow then turn it white, turn off resizing, and make the offset 0 for x and y. Or you could just change the color.

ok here is the latest. is the text easier to see? if not ill change it to a light blue.
