The BR doesn't suit everything.

Insane was a moderator before he became a staff member. It lists him that way because he is still apart of that usergroup. All will be sorted out in time.

Consider me like a mini-admin. I have limited Admin powers, but I am higher up than moderators and have more access to other parts of the site. This allows the Admins to tackle bigger projects instead of handling user-related issues.
