Call-outs will win a map, but it's not just about knowing the location. You have to know what the person is doing there; If you can work out where they are, where they are heading and why, then it gives players on your team a much wider timeframe to act within. Whereas if you make just a callout, then the player may only be present there for the moment you say it, and you could end up getting a team mate killed from him being overly agressive at said location when the situation has already changed.

Either way, the mm scumbags dont callout, so you just have to say 'behind you!' every once in a while to trump them.
