Please bring to my attention any instances of this unsolicited advertising. Other than the super-ossim Nooks&Crannies ad campaign of 2008, I never link to maps of mine unless I am specifically told to do so by the person in question after they have tested/played on a map of mine. 'Tis not an unusual thing for someone to ask "tell me when this map is posted on FH so I can download/see the changes you've made."

It could easily be argued that such advertisements are in fact completely okay, especially judging by the fact that a user has complete control of their visitor messages and can easily delete those they find unsatisfactory, but I shan't bother to completely go down that road with you because you are far too opinionated and would simply turn the argument into one of semantics. I've decided to live by a new philosophy - if you're not worth my good thoughts, you're certainly not worth my bad ones.

Dude, I really think we got off on the wrong foot. I'm sorry for everything that has made you think I'm a spammer, or an idiot, or a jerk. I really don't know what to do about this, so I'm basically asking you to think of how it must be to be in my shoes. I went more than a year without a single infraction until that fat chick incident. Then you come along and give me one that I truly did deserve. Okay I get it, and I recognize that as a total dumbass moment. But people make mistakes. And for a year and a half of being here, I've been a pretty good member. I don't like it when people don't like me man. I especially don't like it when moderators don't like me. So what am I supposed to do? I know there are some people that will just never like you in life, even if you apologize for the reasons they don't like you. And I've done that. So if you want to be that person, you can go ahead and be him. But I'm saying that I'd like to be friends.
