Made by Hauppauge, gave up on the Blackmagic, it didn't even do 720p and was only 30 or so quid cheaper than this one, plus it didn't have a loop so I would have had to fork out for y cables etc.

And yeah, I encode it in to .mp4, uses H.264 codec if I'm not mistaken, AAC for audio.

About 1mb a second at the quality I'm doing, 1080i with 60 fps.

To be honest I'm only really keen on Firefight within ODST, but that in itself is going to be pretty fun I think. On top of that there's three new maps which should be good, and the Reach Beta. But I agree, it's somewhere on the edge of me getting it or passing it up for another game.
