These are what Kolache's normally look like, but I think they taste better home made, fresh from the oven.

Yes sir, I wrap those "lil smokies" little sausages and cheese in biscuit dough, then bake them so they turn into small Kolaches. Or I ditch the cheese and eat them with syrup.
