Yes, if you need to make at and angle use walls or even better small and tiny blocks(if you think you will have enough funds). With small and tiny blocks you could make a wave pattern. You know, up and down like a wave instead of just flat. Be aware though, this will eat your budget. The stone bridge is a good piece for the bulk of this, with the tiny block used to form the rest(more precise curves). This will be a very tedious task but it would look very cool in the end. Here is a picture of the ball park stadium I got this Idea from! You can see the wave shaped walkway in the middle of the stadium, going all the way around it. I would try more drastic curves though.
