Basically, you need someone who is already a member of the review hub to endorse you, but it's not entirely required. The point is to discourage randoms from joining - the bigger the effort to apply, the fewer sub-par applications we'll get. In short, it's a way for us to exclude troublesome members even if their reviews are to standard. Hope that all makes sense.

Um... Ask an Admin; He's probably your best bet at fixing this thing. I'm sorry I can't help but best of luck to you. I'm sure an Admin can help with this.

Well, at the top of the page with all the tabs you should see a button that say's "Forum Rules". After you click on that at the bottom you should see a countdown timer if you haven't confirmed the rules yet. Once the timer runs out you can accept the new rules. Do that for each page.

Maybe... But I doubt you'll be able to post anything if you didn't confirmed your new E-mail. Have you confirmed/read the new forum rules? That may have restricted your access to things.
