Well, here it's hot. Wisconsin it's cold (most of the time). Friends and school... well it's an international school so it's pretty much the same as the states, except it's air conditioned all year long, cuz it's ALWAYS hot here! grr.

friends... well, wisconsin had more original type people who were out of the ordinary. Here, it's kinda the stereotypical rich kids.. so I like wisconsin a lot more.. maybe it's cuz I'm not used to it.. idk

Well, I've been here for what... 5 months and it's actually kinda lonely. I've got some new friends and stuff, but I really miss people from back home...

It's gonna be sweet when I go and visit at the end of this month. I can't wait!!

Considering that thread is locked (lawl) I just wanted to say that I think the Democrats were always the party that represented the common man. At that time, the common southern man was racist towards African-Americans. When civil rights became more of the common man's issue, the new Democrats took that side of the issue. I suppose there isn't much of a point to make here, and it is ironic that the Democrats used to be the largely racist party, but there are reasons for everything. I used to identify very closely with the Democratic party, but since then I have realized that strictly associating with a political party is a bit of an immature thing to do.

That whole debate was just meaningless though.

Hey, how do I stop a virus that keeps making pop-ups?

It went after my personal details so I locked down my firewall and found the programs and uninstalled them. I think they've stopped but I just want to be sure. I also deleted all my cookies, browsing history, passwords, form details etc. (this wasn't important to me as the popups were through IE and I use Firefox).

Any other precautionary measures I should take?

Hey Nemi, you seem to be a kinda guy that knows this kinda stuff. A couple days ago I was browsing FH (no weird links, no pr0nz, nothing weird). Normally I'm on my faildell, but I was babysitting and on my iMac upstairs. Anyway, suddenly I couldn't control the keyboard (mouse worked but clicking didn't do anything), and weird windows commands started typing themself, in the URL bar, in the FH shoutbox, in email.... I had to unplug my computer, afraid I was hacked or something. I disabled VPN and something else similar, but I feel like it can't be that, there's no way they wouldn't notice it's a mac. There was commands like C://win32/blah -a wkfn wkfnw...it was weird. Any idea?
