Magnetite wins. Hematite sounds like hemoglobin, which is the molecule in blood, which has a negative connotation because blood is usually looked upon as bad, which could cause people to think your map is bad because of the poor connotation.

I'll see if I can find any autumn bed tracks as well... two people working on it are bound to find results quicker I suppose.
