I've already given up. I just downloaded Sony Vegas 9 from Limewire. It took <5 minutes and it works fine. As long as I avoid the 36kb .bat files called "fit girl has shaking orgasm during sex" then I'll be fine. And if I do somehow DL that file my McAfee will remove it or lockdown the computer to stop it getting in.

Thanks for the help though. I'm sure once you get past the dodgy websites, useless help forums, 2 day download times and the fact that it doesn't work, uTorrent is a really good program.

Seriously though, I've been pretty patient with the program. I even downloaded a different version of it, created dedicated folders and spent hours and hours DLing different torrents for them to not work to test it.

If this wasn't working for other people then i would have left it. But with everyone else it just... works. Why doesn't it work for me??

My computer is less than 1 year old. It's got 3GB RAM and a Duo core 2GHz processor. The graphics card isn't amazing, but it is a laptop. It is very fast and the only thing wrong with it is it doesn't run games.

This is the first thing I've had wrong with it. I have no viruses through Limewire. My antivirus stops them before they finish DLing sometimes, warning me of their intent.

I think I'll be better off with Limewire. It may be '****' but it's not overly complicated and time consuming. Thanks for the help though.

Okay, I DLed a previous version.
It's now saying "Access Denied!"

.mp3 doesn't work either

When I DL the torrent I click on the folder and it shows the folder location. I drag and drop the folder to the utorrent program. That doesn't work. So I open the folder, select all of the contents and drag and drop. It still doesn't work.

Just tried moving the Muse album into the folder I created for the location of the downloads.

None of the google things answer my question. The search results are all forum results of people asking the same question and no-one answering it, just more people saying "I'm having the same problem???????"

There's no option to choose where the DLed files go.
