This is considered spam for a few reasons:

- Your post is lacking detail, and does not directly relate to the map.
- you gave a rating without any justification.
- you failed to give the original poster any constructive criticism. After all, there must be something they can do to make it a 5/5, right?

As such, your post has been reported. In the future, try not spam in map threads, as it does not benefit anyone (community, author, or otherwise.)
