Thank you ak gumby 907 i have fixed it. But i never ecesiviley gave anyone -rep or +rep so im a little confused.
bull crap frogy i made this by myself wit no other ideas except the ones in my head and i have proof....read the description on my map and there are gamertags who are witnesses so ask them
It is possible that a mod disabled rep for you because you "rep whored" somebody and that certain "somebody" filed it in against you. And if it isn't that, you have it disabled, if you want it enabled, go to "user cp" then scroll down and click on "edit options" and it should have a checkbox saying "show my rep" or something like that. And if you retaliate me with -rep, I will file it in.
