Lol, as you may have guessed, I left FH open and kinda left :P. Went to play MLG, was so much fun, finally got to team with a couple of guys I know so I actually had a good time for once, also looks like I might have a GB team willing to try me out. Things are finally looking better in MLG terms, and I've found my happy point with 5 sensitivity.

yeah, you can use everything on the ipod that you could use un-jailbroken. However, if for some reason this is important, jailbreaking erases all music, podcasts, pictures, and videos off the ipod, but a simple re-syncing can add all of it back.
