There was an announcement. A few votes were disregarded which resulted in a tie. The tiebreaker took place in the hub pub, in an attempt to keep the result fairly secret.

I think the reason you may not have seen it was because for me to post something in announcements, it needs to be moved there by a mod. I posted the voting thread, initially, into the hub pub so that it could be moved later. Though because of the schedule, it was moved to announcements a day after I posted it. So it was never technically on the front page.

So, you can enter a second sig in this SotW if you want to.
It doesn't have to be this one. You have the opportunity to submit 2 sigs in any SotW of your choosing.
