...The only way I can see justifying keeping OT if there are Staff who have to do work in there yet feel they shouldn't have to, is by having some Mods who are put specifically on OT duty and keep it up to an appreciated standards by all Staff (more or less, a unified position on anything by all Staff is too much to hope for...). Obviously they wouldn't have to be restricted to OT alone, but there would have to be certain expectations of how much OT is moderated and if these weren't kept up to general appreciation then I'd say OT should go.

I know this sounds a lot like what we tried not so long ago, with the expansion of Guardians to OT. But quite frankly it didn't work fully, and there is still clearly that lack of appreciated standards of order in OT. I guess that's why I'm for getting rid of it.

I appeal to one of the few principles within you that remains pure and untainted by bitterness or smugness, the desire to discuss properly :P.

See, the funny thing is that I was actually about to make my way over here and ask for your thoughts on what I wrote lol. The other day I was saying that I wasn't so sure on that particular discussion, but I think I may have settled at least for now, I've really mulled it over just now as you might have seen. If you ever do feel like scaling that bihatch then I'd be keen to hear your thoughts on my views.

cant really, you only buy like 30 bucks for 2 or 3 months, so its not that bad. so far at least.

and the past week we haven't been playing, we went back to our roots, starting with resident evil and now we've been playing halo lately :D
