Lol indeed, true dat. I question their community ethic a lot at times, I guess because I'm so involved in a community group. But other stuff, like their attitude to modded content and the bans enforced in MM, they really annoy me. People find ways to exploit their hole-y systems like Trueskill, and instead of taking a look at those systems and making a drastic rethink, they punish those involved. I can understand wanting to make the situation best for those that have the best intentions, but their zealous attitude hardly endears them to me.

EDIT: Ah, FH seems to be very broken for me right now, took me an age of trying over and over just to post that message :P Apologies in advance if I miss your responses etc. idk if it's my net or the site, so yeah.

Oh I know! I never know what to think of MS. I love them for the 360 just the same, but still I can't shake this dirty feeling when I think of them lol. Their links to Bungie are funny because I feel the same about them at times, they make truly awesome things, but the ethics, oh the ethics. Though I suppose that is a lot to do with MS when it comes to Bungie, and not so much their own doing.

Yeah, I always think I should get a windows XP machine just to use, or just dual boot on my Mac, but I always regret it when I do. Everytime I put XP on this thing it dies after a while, forgets the keyboard drivers or something and I can't login :(. I put it on here again the other day to try and help with installing OSX on my new netbook, and it almost killed this Mac, seriously. Wouldn't boot properly without me holding down the option key, had to screw around with startup disks to fix it. Windows baaaad lol.

I know what you mean, they're a bit niche still. I don't game on my computer at all so that's not really a problem for me, but still software equivalents can be hard to track down. Upgrades are definitely ftw, especially with Macs, but I can see your reasoning if you're going to be spending a good deal on it, there's always that annoyance of not being in the majority for useful stuffs.

Bah, I've had a Mac Mini for a while now and I loves it. But I just got an Acer Aspire One mini netbook and managed to install OSX on it, hours of fun :)

Nah lol, I could do it back in the days of being Staff, but there's no option for it now. But hey, I think it'll be good to have some side by side multipurpose threads going for the whole thing, hopefully some people will prove to be excited about it as well so we can get some real discussion and interest going.

And yeah, my thoughts exactly. It's going to be really interesting to see how SQ play as a team, who stands out and exactly what Strongside's role is in their dynamic.
