      You just need to go to the same website they used to get theirs. Usually the name of the website they got it from is located either in the sig or by clicking it.

      You're not suspended, you have only received an infraction to inform you of what you are doing wrong so that you may fix the problem and have a more enjoyable experience at the site. Though if you do acquire a total of 6 or more infraction points at any one time, you will be banned until enough of your infractions have expired to put you below that 6 point line.
