Ehh...eBay. I don't trust the internet(ironically). It was at Best Buy. Not sure if it was a sale or not.

It comes with this Pinnacle Instant Recorder software which is pretty nice considering you never have to download anything. It's actually unbelievably awesome the deal I got on the capture card O_o

Ya, those keycodes reside on the logic boards. I just have to unplug them, place my old one in the new drive and viola, I tricked it. Xbox repair people do it that way all the time.

Oh, because I am replacing the drive on my xbox, tis broken =/
However, I plan to just swap out he logic boards, but should that somehow not work I now have a backup person with a plan ; )

NO!!!
It's because one thing about sky maps such as Guardian is the penalty of falling off the map. If you die you respawn in 3 seconds. If you fall however, during the fall you are pretty much actually dead, but you fall for a good 3 seconds before you actually die, and then you wait another 3 seconds to respawn. It is that added time that affects gameplay alot.
