Nope. It's your choice. Look for anything. If you want to keep it simple, or like those types of renders, then go ahead. If you want something else though, (TV series, Game Renders) definitely go with that.

Don't listen to Mace. He's GFX noob. Like we all start out. And appears to be a little full of himself. RoB's wasn't opinion though. He gave good reasons as to why he liked it.

Much better. When you get better in GFX you'll realize why the text you have isn't the best option.

John Wayne was just a reference to show you we're working on "real people" to put in our signature. These naturally have more depth.

Change the text to standard. Cut off the border on the left and right. Give it a "widescreen" look. And crop it down to size more.

Next we'll do reality sigs working with renders that have John Wayne and crap in them.

Text can say anything you want, but if it was me, it would be "Breeze" and then your name under it. Experiment with your text a little. Make sure you position it correctly, and not in a place that will drag the focal point away.

Now crop it to size. Cut off her hips more, and a little bit of her head. Add border and text. (you choose which type)

Also, make sure you use crop to selection under the "image" tab. That way you won't have a huge fat transparency in your signature.

Okay, now we're going to clean up the C4D. Use the eraser, and erase the part that's on her face. It'll seem like it sends abruptly. That's alright, because we'll set our eraser to "fade out" by selecting the check box under the eraser options. Set too 150 pixels.

That's almost perfect, but move it down to where the lens flare starts off. This way you don't have two suns.

It's above the image. Next to filters.

No, go to Dialogs, and click "layers." It should bring up a separate window that displays all of your layers. Select the layer with the C4D on it, and go to where it says "normal". Scroll down until you see "overlay", and set it to that.

Have you set the layer to "overlay"?

No, no, no. Move the center of the C4D over behind her hair. Where is gleams the most.
