Thought about it. But when do I even build up enough momentum to finish a map that I myself started? I tried the first one and thinking about how to build what was already there, and it was more daunting and defeating than a blank Foundry.

Totally. No one else seems to care either, too caught up with Sandbox. Can't say I blame them really.

Lol, poor BlOOD. I think I can cover most of those though:

-I think it's fine to submit an incomplete map if you so wish, you may not be disqualified, but you won't win :P (so basically disqualification)
-No idea about more than one map
-Partners are allowed as far as I know (TKS Monster and Solo made a map together and it won I think)
-I think again, you can deviate from symmetry if you wish, but it will render your map useless in terms of winning. Basically disqualification again I think.
-I think that blocking off any interactive object in the map (ie. any object you interact with in terms other than just movement - weps, spawns, vehicles, powerups, equipment) disqualifies your map. Blocking off any solely movement-interactive objects (fine, geometry :P) altogether is disallowed too, you can add to it, but blocking off any area that has been built in as part of the template is no go I think.
