On Foundry (and I think on every map, but I only tested Foundry) there are embedded default spawns which you can't see in Forge. They're where you spawn if there are no start/respawn points placed, and there are a set number in set locations. I think there are 8 in total on Foundry, could be 10, I forget. But I found them all, then blocked them over with objects and didn't place any respawns/start points. I saved, and when you try to load up the map in Forge or any custom, it just does the 'game over' thing straight away, you never even get on to the map :P.
