yeah I know that you guys use a separate program (i've heard it a few times, but the name escapes me) for placing objects and creating map geometry, so when this was unveiled a few months back many people just attributed it to that.

No idea. The tools our designers use allow them to do all kinds of sweet stuff.

its not "a big deal" just funny since it was something the community figured out how to do, then months later shock and I find an example of it in a bungie map, was just wondering if its common knowledge.

Teleporter is automatically available when you are in Forge.

I assume you mean that there are objects embedded into geometry or other objects? I have no clue, but why would that be a big deal?
