tru dat. ive got a new start up map, that id like to introduce to the team. i want this one done and posted faster than i usually do (15-20 weeks). i really like all of it, and its real origional. symmetrical too. id like for you guys to check it out.

Yeah it's like that everywhere though...seriously sometimes appearances are the worst things to judge on. Take my work: their hire ratio is like 2:1 girls:guys. You know how long most of those girls last? Two months absolute tops. And during those two months, they suck at their job, are lazy, and have zero product knowledge. Now some of the nerdy guys might not look the part, but they've got product knowledge and have nothing better to do other than work. Seems like an easy decision to me? Ahh the work class work, 10cent managers think they are sooooo powerful.
