I got the ban by going on a binary only thread and posting in binary "binary is spam". I was previously banned for talking about Limewire in a thread. Also, on the xbox.com website, I heard you can track your xbox somehow. Ask matt (one of the forum staff), he had the same problem. He made a blog about his life without an xbox; look at that, he had a few pics of the tracker.
