  Go to Bungie or GOOGLE Halo Font and download the file that contains the Halo font.
  
  Go to the START menu in the bottom left corner of your computer and click on CONTROL PANEL, after that open up the FONT FOLDER within the Control Panel and COPY and PASTE the HALO FONT into that folder... now you have the font.
