This is my first mlg map post in the forums but I have a feeling you will like this map. I got this map layout by just laying random stuff that looked cool and kept building on from there. But a couple of my friends gave me some advice on the structures and base spawns. I designed this map originaly for two flag brs but the flags werent cooperating with me so ill have to make a v2 of this map later. Well each base is symetrical and has 3 floors, basement, middle, and the roof. I made this map on an unlimited money map glitch so I dont think I can add anything else cause I deleted all the extra stuff in the sky box. I would recomend playing 4v4 team slayer, slayer, snipers, or a custom gametype of your own if you like. weapons: most of the brs are all used carbines mauler x2 sniper x1 rocket x1 overshield x1 bubble shield x1 regenerator x1 pics: red base blue base right of red base left of red base under red under blue middle and overshield mauler spawn sniper spawn rocket spawn So thanx for looking this thread over and I hope for your download!! map looks very good, the bases are big and look like they provide safe spawning. only one thing tho, why havbe u used every br?
idk why i used all the brs prolly cause i used some on the map layout. but i dont think i used every single one its been a while since i checked

The layout of the weapons on this map look good and make the overall gameplay balanced. Somes parts like the center structure need to be interlocked though.
Edit that post before you get infracted for advertising. Anyway, the map is pretty good looking, you might want to try not to have too many BRs just because then it's almos like having unlimited ammo, more or less. Only one question; Wheres the name Boneyard come from? lol, good work.

first off the map looks nice. But the mlg settings dont have any gear at all or any overshield. You need to replace the overshield with customs and delete the gear to be a proper mlg map. thats the things you need to change for a v2 then ill dl. oh and i dont think you can get 11 bubble shields on a map lol.
design looks pretty good man...couple suggestions from just LOOKING (havent played) at the pictures...... 1. in picture one - by the fin in the lower left i would add some kind of ledge above the fin (like a SMALL RAMP flipped up) to add a tactical jump up the side of the base. so you can slide jump up the fin an get into bases that way. 2. where OS spawns lower the bridges slightly and merge them into those stone platforms to make a smooth transition
Its not against any rules to use a red OS in MLG(In fact CS was tested with one I believe). Though the red OS is so weak it should only be used on smaller maps. To the rest of the map: There is a LOT of jumping to traverse the map which messes the flow up quite a bit(People having to focus on Jumping more then fighting) In my opinion the bases are a little to large, and will probably be a huge power point with barely any reason to leave in TS. The forging isn't very clean, but I remember my first couple full ventures into forge so I can sympathize and won't string you for this. And lastly, I feel that Crypt maps are 90% of the time built too open and small for both Sniper AND Rockets(Which yours is, there is no major LoS blocker from base-base).
This looks like a pretty good first map it has nice merging but more merging would make it better and you also might wanna work on maneuverability because it doesn't look that easy 4/5. Welcome to ForgeHub.
nice and big and well made but i don't like jumping for stares that would be my only concern because there such a pain and you can't simply just walk up them while your fighting after a while im sure u could but for some one new to the map wouldn't they would be to focused getting up the stairs
As Phreakie says "no one likes steep ramps" ya id fix that. From what i can see it looks like you put the snipes in the middle of the map on the left and right sides, big mistake. Design: 6 Playability: 5 Aesthetics: 6 Download: No Overall: 5.5
First of all this is not my fist map and i dont have two snipes on the map its just one. And the only jumping you have to do is to get to the top of the bases. But i will be making a version 2 with your sugestions
