This is my first halo 3 video I got the film clips from Bungie Render a video YouTube - Halo 3 Sniper montage Please Comment and Rate 5*
Your no scopes were pretty cool. Some parts of the video were boring, but overall a fairly decent montage. Just try to make it more interesting.
I concur, there was really no syncing with the music and the clips were mediocre at best. - you need good clips and more of them - better syncing - try to add some effects/transitions that compliment the music and the syncing - Add some good camera angles Overall I would give it a 3/10
Maybe it was the transitions that was throwing the video off. It just seemed not to flow well together. I think the no scopes were pretty cool, the other parts were you shot and missed were kind of boring. Also what really makes a montage flow together really nicely is the pattern of the kills along with the music. Choose great music that flows well with your clips and you should end up with a montage people enjoy watching.
You do realize you only get 5 videos rendered per month right? so i can only work with so much Also this is the first halo 3 video i have made... Just tried a new program i have always used Windows movie maker for anything i have done When i did this video it was 22 now im a 30ish
I would give it 4/10. I would of gave it 3/10 but you used render minutes which means you only have so much to work with.
I could care less about how many render points you have, there are sites out there who wil capture free of charge or even people around here who will capture. It is up to the editor to put some work and passion.
Ok so lets see your very first one see how you did? and then for the other fact... I used windows movie maker because i didn't have vegas then
Music was overused, clips were decent, there was no syncing, video effects, or transitions, and what was with the 1-minute clip at the end? The second half of your montage was you walking around picking up a couple snipes along the way. When you have a long clip, at least fast-forward through it. Also, get someone else to capture your clips for you instead of relying on the Bungie Render. 4/10
Music is overused, Clips arent very good. Dont use clips were you constantly miss, this goes for Team Snipers more then MLG and other playlists. And instead of making montages with Bungie Minutes, i would suggest using them to capture cool, crazy, stuff, and upload them whenever you get a new one. Overall, if you wanna make montages, buy a capture card. Bungie pro in itself should be used for stuff not seen everyday. My little brother does the stuff you did in that montage, and i dont mean that in a bad way, he is actually pretty decent, buts thats what those clips are; decent and common.
