This is a map I made at the begining of the summer because, if you read my bio, I was grounded and my mother told me I would possibly be stuck in my room for the whole summer. Angry at her verdict I made this map which is built on the interior of Rats Nest. originally I made my house, but then I noticed how I could make a sniper tower and I thought it looked cool so I made a small team map. It works pretty good with 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4. I didn't think about posting it on Forgehub till just a few minutes ago when I relized I still had this map. It works with Team Slayer, CTF, Team Oddball, KotH, and Assault.the Hallway is where most action happens for some reason. FIRST, lol Really cool idea to have it just on the inside. From a couple of the pics it looks like you just threw down a bunch of cover objects at random. Other than that its pretty cool. Still grounded???
that's what I did, I said in the desciption that at first I was making a layout of my house then I made a sniper tower so I made a map out of it just because. P.S. I got off last week, but my mom caught me sneaking out last night so i'm in for another week
Darkside you better start listening to your mom or you might be grounded for the rest of your life. Back to the map, I'll come back and judge it a bit when I dl it. I am a huge fan of rat's nest but I think the fact it has long, open lines of sight makes it great. I didn't see a weapons list, what short range weapons do you have? Any equipment I think would be weak seeing as its already pretty tight quarters with now extra cover and shield doors.

I looked over the map and theres a lot of weapons. should have thought that out before I placed the weapons Equipment: -Trip Mine x2 -Regenerator x2 -Flare x2 -Power Drain x1 -Bubble Shield x2 well now I relize how chaotic this map really is.
I made a map like this a long way back, IMO mines better.. Only because mine was more symmetrical in the item placement, and not so random.. Also, that many snipers probably wont work out for a CQC map like this...
yea, this is a good idea for a map, but has already been used multiple times and one cannot do much else with the inside than what's already been done with other maps....unless you can construct some cool architecture via interlocking.
sorry to say I haven't been here since the begining, I just thought no one else thought of sniper towers of epic proportion(at least I think so) to put in their map. Really though I didn't doubt that anyone hadn't done this before, I just wanted to share the idea of those sniper towers cause I think they are cool.
I really like this map. Seems very original, even though it has been tried before and the weapon placement doesn't seem so random to me. The cover is a bit random, and i think needs to be more thought out, however I think the long lines of sight and close indoor action could make for some REALLY intense fights. 4/5
