Text is the hardest part of sigs.

Go with simple fonts, try to keep it close to the focal, don't lower the opacity(unless you think it'd look REALLY good), keep it Opaque.

Also, just add text. Eventually it'll be good.

I think the flow isnt quite right. The problem is the placement of the main image (sorry i have no clue who it is.. maybe the bioshock dude? idk). The white highlight coming from his right hand leads your eye right off the sig. I think you need to off-center him to the right side as opposed to the left. And your text can go in upper left quadrant. Id go for a vertically distorted sans-serif font using the same orange from his eyes

I think it looks really good, but there's room for improvement. The green lines on the right seem too prominent, maybe blur and darken them so it's in the background more. The way the right side fades out should be even on the top and the bottom since the light source is in the middle (vertically). I agree with Lights in that the torch is taking away from the focal, it's just too bright. The figure should be moved around a bit, try and find a place where it would look better. I think if you add a font it should be a narrow sans serif, like Lights said, but I woudn't make the text orange. If the text is orange it will just be a distraction from your focal. Such a contrasting color would stand out to much to do any good. Try using a dark gray or green, one of the colors in the background. That way it blends in more, and doesn't take away from the image. Overall it's really good, but if you change a few things it could be a lot better.
