Alright, so I was just in a custom game with Agamer, Headlessbarbie, Adelyss and a few others, and all of the sudden it says *Disconnected from Xbox live* except I was still in the game... and so was everyone else, The only thing was I couldn't talk or hear anyone, everyone was moving, and we even finished the game. When we went back to the lobby, about half of the party was flashing and it said *players do not have the ability to play on xbox live* and now when I went to dashboard to test my connection it says that some people may not be able to sign in to xbox live from their consoles, and that Microsoft is aware of the problem.
Yes, Xbox Live is down brah. I wasn't expecting it either, in the second round of the game we were playing it said, "Disconnected from Xbox Live" on my screen. I was like wtf, yet I was able to play the rest of the game we were playing. I don't think a thread was neccessary but whatever. Here is the message inside the test Xbox Live connection panel, " Users nay experience difficulties with the following services: Signing into Xbox Live from an Xbox console. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience." So Xbox is obviously aware of their server problem and their already fixing it. It'll probably be up in a little way any way.
Lol, it happened to me and my buddy too. Friggen live servers. I know two people that are online right now though, I don't get it...?
Same. I went to change my ports and re-plug my modem/router and everything... I even made sure it wasn't a sign of RROD... lol...

So, funny story. I'm in a game of Halo 3, and my friend calls me to ask me how to set up his Xbox LIVE connection through his laptop at his new dorm room. So, I quit out of my game to walk him through it. As I'm doing this I accidentally change some of my settings and get disconnected at the same time. I think it's cause of what I did. So, I put them back and still can't connect. (Unknowing this is happening all over the effing world) Now, I'm trying to help him get connected, and myself reconnected. Finally, I decide to check on the servers to see if they're up in running. Guess what? They weren't...FML. So, basically, in the the five minutes of me playing a game and getting ready to help him get connected, Xbox LIVE goes down. Thus, making me look like an idiot for not knowing what the problem is, and frustrating me because I couldn't get reconnected. I love bad luck!!!
