PPG-059 is based off one of the Phase Pulse Generators you would find on Halos. It is a symmetrical map with different bases on each end and a Phase Pulse Generator stands in the middle. You are able to go through the PPG to go to the enemy base of back to yours. Off to the side of the map is a Ghost. It offers the advantage of a vehicle, but it takes concentration to properly use it. looks like fun. i think you could have taken the idea and make a minigame out of it or something idk but looks good. the forging isnt the best but it looks asthetically decent anyway.
It isn't my best work, not by a long shot. I just had to make it however because I was inspired by Halo: CE. The top layer of flooring for the PPG was a pain to make though.
Very nice, everything looks very symmetrical I played a game on it and it seems like a minigame map for some reason like someone above me posted, but overall it is a good map.
this map is really open. theres no real cover in the middle. there should be like a whole other structure that divides the map in the middle so you cant shoot base to base. and the structure that is there is pretty bland because all it is is a raised platform. and those corners where obviously put in the open areas to give 'cover'. but i dont think they are good enough. try making mini bases or other structures there so that players can spawn there and take refuge there
Looks nice, although i cant help thinking gameplay will be too open. The bases and centerpiece are creative but then again, also bland.
yeah i echo everyone else, the bases are very good IMO as they are both very similar and very different, it shakes things up a little the ppg looks cools as well ...but then thats it! im sure ur budget isnt used up so try something like extending both the bases forwards at one side, or linking them via a passage to the ppg, or even a corridor linking the two bases! the world is your oyster 3.5/5
