I recommend using Kaspersky if you do not have Windows 7. It is fully compatible with every other operating system made by Microsoft. If you have Windows 7, I recommend using AVG for 7. Kaspersky: Kaspersky.rar AVG: AVG.rar They are both paid versions, but I made it so all you have to do is follow the instructions and you will get either one for free. Ad-Aware is horrible, why did you recommend it to him?

Its compressed, similar to a .zip Simply download a program called WinRAR off of Download.CNET (I use this for freeware) and right click the file and extract.
Hah! I see what you did there. But still, please use Google to find stuff (in this case, WinRar. You may not be good at computers but if you do not know how to use Google then you are stupid. And I made the files nub-friendly so you shouldn't have any problem.
