Wow... Okay then. For Pain I only have the .PSD for up to my first draft. Sadly my first draft didn't have a lot of the effects. I can make a tut up until there but from where I was I just added a bunch of Displace filters. I'll still try a tut but it may not be perfect. I'll do the other two because those were really easy. Probably won't get to both tonight though.
