This effect is really easy, you just have to be on sandbox and you need:
    1 Tin Cup
    1 Block Double
    1 Red Light
    1 Blue Light
and then place them like in the drawing (Paint FTW!)
The light of the blue and red lights will refflect on the tin cup so the relief will be blue and red. if you wan't to do some effect, just have a poor camo on you.

Maybe it might need to be on inorder for the effect to work?

    camo

That is really sweet looking. Nice find. It seems like such a simple set up for such a cool effect. Did you pick up some active camo before you took a couple of those because the effect seems to be coming through the spartan's body?

Great effect and it's easy to take to. It look's even cooler if you mix in a fuel rod

Thank you for posting this Joe is outside. I'm new to taking screenshots and this guide helped alot. You really made it clear how to set this up and the drawing helped out tremendously. This is my favorite effect from what I have seen. Great job!
