Woman being sued for $50,000 over a Twitter post

    Twitter Post Generates Defamation Lawsuit - G4tv.com

    Really? Really?! Horizon better lose this, otherwise **** is gonna hit the fan.

    Some times you just gotta take these kind of things. Horizon must not be very confident in their reputation if they are going after a person on Twitter with only 20 followers for saying there building have mold.

    What do you all think of this? Is Horizon wrong in sueing? Was Amanda out of line posting here comment?

    Horizon is just going way too far, overreacting much, I hope they lose, I really, really do.

    Wow I hope they go out of business this is riddiculous. Freedom of speech and why have'nt I heard of this company before. I hope they don't see this post.

    They are obviously saying that she printed libel, but if there was mold in her apartment it seems like a very fair thing to say. Either way, this company is ape ****. They just can't sell any houses lol.

    In related news, my dad was actually just in Chi City for a case he is working on. He stayed with his aunt and Dr. Frankenpenis.
