    Honestly, did you even look. Go to bungie.net and search up Point and Shoot. Its a large guide with multiple effects in it.

    When you destroy the ghosts, you can see those flames on the wings (Its not fire its part of the ghost, and it is small.

    It's a broken ghosts wings, taken from very close to the wing. All the colors and other "jazz" are just effects they added in.
