Sandbox Inferno (V2)

    I have posted this map before, but after consideration and helpful comments in the old thread, I decided to start from scratch, leaving only the center structure. This is the second and final version of this map. The map is symmetrical, so anything you see in the pictures, except for the center structure, is replicated to the best of my ability on the other side of the map.

    Now for some pics, followed by a description and a link:

    Description:

    "Inferno" is a symmetrical map constructed in the Crypt on Sandbox. "Inferno is best played with Slayer, Team Slayer, or CTF. It is meant for a maximum of 12 players.

    Weapons:


    • 2 ARs
    • 12 Battle Rifles
    • 2 Shotguns
    • 2 Sniper Rifles
    • 4 SMGs
    • 4 Spikers
    • 4 Plasma Rifles
    • 2 Needlers
    • 2 Brute Shots
    • 1 Rocket Launcher
    • 4 Carbines
    • 2 Maulers
    Equipment:

    • 8 Plasma grenades
    • 2 Firebomb grenades
    • 2 Bubble Shields
    • 2 Deployable covers

    Obviously, "Inferno" is not meant for serious, "hardcore," MLG gameplay. this map is designed as a fun map to play Slayer on (or CTF). I do not mind negative comments and criticism and appreciate all honesty. I know I am not a very good Forger and I'm not very creative at all, but I am always proud of my work.

    Its a good improvement over the last post and I like how you actually took pictures of the bases this time. A few more shots of the map would be nice, but I really like this map. I'm gong to have to try it out.

    I agree, pretty good improvments from v1. The only thing id recommend is to ad some cover in the platforms from the sniper building, to main base (FLAG SPAWN). Other than that, good job.

    EDIT: Reduce the amount of br's. I think its out of control....

    PS. Is that a blue guy in the last picture? In the far south east of the picture?

    this is a pretty nice map. maybe u can reduce amount of brs overall nice map

    It's a little biased over red. That's all. The whole level is red, the only thing that isn't is the blue base. It throws the balance a little off aesthetically. But anyway, I really like the columns that you can jump across! I like jumping...

    The map is symmetric, so both bases are blue, thus two blue lights in two different spots. The only red lights are in the center. The red light just seems to carry farther.

    Also, the center part is the main feature of this map and the map is called "inferno," so I wanted to give it a fiery feel.
