Does anybody know if the Sand in the Sandbox (Level) Has any effect on the levelness of the objects placed on it.
I placed a wall and it seems to be off (not level).
Help Would be much appreciated thank you

Sand is part of the map geometry, so it does have an effect. It's not just a texture.

Around the edges of the map it will because that is where the sand levels rise. The sand is just as physical as the ground.

The wall naturally tilts on save as well, so that's your problem.

There's always geomerging when in the outer areas. You can experiment with braces to see if the walls are tilting or not, also. Sometimes objects tend to tilt after you place them.

I haven't run into a problem yet, but if it does tilt your objects, really, it would only be a tiny bit, and wouldn't really matter. Worst case scenario, geomerge slightly.

Ok, this is the answer he is looking for, yes. The patches of sand on the cleared floor DO interact with your objects. the floor that appears to be flat is actually quite bumpy. because the difference is so small you should try to do a small teardrop merge on the objects over the sand.

How do you do the teardrop merge?
