Centrax This is remake of my other map Intertwined. It is a symmetrical map. 2-8 players Made for: -Team Slayer -Slayer -Flag and assault -King of the hill -Oddball Story My idea was to create a map around a circular, central building that had multiple levels. The levels would be connected by ramps as well as grav lifts and drop shafts. It took me around a week to create the first version, then another few days create this second version. I changed the name because the previous name "Intertwined" wasn't suited for the map. The layout of this map is very impressive I think. You have done a very good job of creating a simple but fun map. However most people desire to have guard rails on the edges of walkways to prevent accidentally walking off the map. All together though good job
Can I ask what the teleporter node above the drop shaft is for? Asin is it actually a teleporter or is it simply aesthetic?
this map is very impressive. it seems that you put a lot of time into it and want to do the best you can. i give 4.5/5 just because i dont think everything is super smooth. will dl
I mean, it's a good map with good forging, but, what seperates it from others? The only difference I see from other maps is the size and basic shape. Try adding something new to your map. Something that is really showy and just screams "DL" Sort of like The Rocket Ship in "Cape Canaveral"
I like the overall design of your map, but some of the areas on your map are completely devoid of cover. Otherwise its a good map.
good map but i see spawn camping becoming a major problem and that you used walls as floors (when you save and quit they go all bumpy causing you to jump when you walk over them) but besides all that i see you have done some very nice forging keep up the good work and welcome to forgehub if your knew but if your not i still didnt have the chance to say welcome.
nice map but guard/Handrails would help alot incase of accidental falling. overall nice map and clean interlocking, 4.25/5
Sweet and symmetrical. It makes good use of aesthetics and elevation. This map looks so hardcore, awesome job. The teleporter system is pretty nifty, too. 4.5/5 SOLID.
"Very rarely does a map grab like this one did with just the first overview shot of it. With all the different area's, open top mid (like guardian), and man cannons and such this is one of only a small handful of maps I could see in matchmaking on here. Looks impressive, personaly i would build small walls on the pathways to stop you falling off. I give this map a 7.5/10.
Okay you have heard this enough about the guardrails and crap so im not going to say it. The cleanliness is amazing very rarely does a map flow so smoothly, the aesthetics, yet simple, are still very good. I'd have to agree that maybe adding something that looks really badass to the map would help but i can see this map is based on gameplay, and more of a 2v2 3v3 map making it less likely to get spawn killed. The designe is unique yet kinda same old same old. I'd rate it a 8/10 it needs some improvment but not much. Good job and keep forgeing.
This is cool, and I mean really cool. I love the hidden grav lifts Railing wouln't hurt, but I guess the walkways are wide enough.
your map's layout is attention-grabbing flaws I see in it though are no guard rails and interlocking some of those large ramps, im sure they are unoticable during gameplay, other than those your map is great 4/5
I agree with the guard rail complaints, but only on corners. I love the shape, and the only flaws I see are some minor forge flaws and little aspects. 4.6/5
Good map and your map are to litle for 8 players ... its gonna be spawn kill alll the time ! Remove this !
This is great, alot like guardian, and I would give some constructive criticism here but I cannot think of anything bad.
