Okay, so this is pretty simple to do. It doesn't require any difficult effects or anything, just the right angle. Here's an example: The first step is, go into a Forge lobby and hit X. Edit your Base Player Traits so that you have Good Camo and a weapon of your choice. The second step is, start up a game on anything map with a dark area and a dark background. I used the Black Room on Ghost Town, it's ideal for what you're working with. The third step is, put on the Gloomy filter. The reason for this is, it makes the Respawn Area (see next step) as opaque as it will get. The fourth step is, change the Gametype to anything where you can spawn a Repawn area (so literally, change it to any gametype.) Now, press X on the Respawn area to edit it's traits. What you need to edit is: -Change it from a cylinder into a box. -Make the top 30.00. -Make the bottom 30.00. -Make the width 30.00 (or 60.00, however high it will go) -Make the depth 0.50 or 1.00. Now, just get into whatever position you wish. When you look at yourself at the right angle on theater, you show completely through the Repawn area to the back of (in the case of my picture) the wall. The reason the Spartan in the back of my picture is lighter is because he's inside of the Repsawn area, while I'm on the outside of it. It's a lot like dealing with the Heavenly Hog effect, you just need to get the right angle to see through your Spartan. This effect also works with KOTH markers, which is how I got Pinstripe. So toy around with Respawn areas and KOTH markers, there's a lot of things you can do with them, and it works on every map, so the possibilities are just about endless.
Thanks for the guide, I've been looking for something to make simple renders of my character model cause I want to make a sig and all, but that is way cool. Thanks again and keep up the picture taking, you're excellent.
Use Juicy and Gloomy, and in the Black Room on Orbital. That's how I do my silhouettes, and the blue in the background is a bit blue-er when done that way.
