    Do you remember Myth?

    The Map
    [IMG]

This is a map inspired by bungie's greatest game ever, Myth. It's set up for two custom games, Knotzi Zombies, a customized infection game, and Knotzi War, an uneven life-based slayer match with MAC Cannon assist and one-sided vehicles. One end of the map hosts a World Knot, where the defenders spawn. Three other structures grace the strange desert landscape. Apparently someone traveled through the knot and found these ruins, then set up wooden walkways. Why is there nobody left, though? And what's with the non-ruin that looks like a fort?

    Overview

Playing zombies on this map is interesting. The huge openness means zombies will have some problems when the survivors are out and about. But at least they move fast. And if all else fails their green spit could (potentially) take the enemy out. Ammo will be a problem, though - weapons throughout Knotzi don't respawn, except the few back at the knot. It'll take two sword slashes, by the way, to kill a human, unless you're a great pistolero.
Zombies appear just outside the map, meaning they have to move quick when they spawn or they'll get blasted. Due to some skilled editing, some of the zombies will spawn with grenades or equipment. The last man standing speeds up to match the zombies, but his shields stop recharging unless he can damage them.

    The Knot

Knotzi War is completely different. One player from one team will spawn in a box in the sky, with invincible, invisible, high-damage custom powerups and several respawning rocket launchers, plus one secret item (hint: look up) that spawns late in the game. He then proceeds to rain hell on his enemies, who all spawn at the Knot with some heavy covenant vehicles but not much worth talking about on foot. They also can't pick up replacement weaponry. The VIP's team are much more skilled. They start in the far structure, the tallest one, with bad camo and light weaponry, but can switch the latter for better stuff when they find it.

    The Other Two

The monumental building in the back holds lots of firebombs for anyone who climbs the wooden ramp. If you can somehow get to the other side, the missile pod you see there will destroy most enemies with a single shot.

    The Last Resort Fort

A small wooden structure sits on top of a glowing stone tube, which climbs straight out of the ground. Can you get inside it? It was thrown together by the people who set up the bridges after they were attacked by the mysterious zombies. Should you climb it, a flamethrower awaits the human touch. All in all, this is a simple, open map that plays well. Sorry I couldn't put bomb-chucking dwarves in it.

Again, I can get more action pics later tonight. By the way, is it bad to post two maps so close together? They weren't made at the same time.
