Spartan Basket Ball was created by DestroyerX93, and DaFatManBehindU, of the DestructionProductions Forging clan. We tested it at our local LAN center last night, and this morning, and everyone who played ( about 14 different people) agreed that is was absolutlely arse kicking, and is even a bit more challenging than GrifBall! ----------------------------------------------------------- NEWS I am probably going to host a tourny, Either on my birthday (which is next Saturday, April 12th) or a day before/after. There will most likely be a MS point prize (1600 at least. enough to get your legendary pack), and it will depend on how much fatman decides to pitch in to buy points. Here is how I am going to decide if I am doing the Tourny or not. If This map gets over 250 downloads by my birthday, I will host and plan out a tourny sometime around then. There will be a limited # of spots available in the tourny, and Fatman and I will either put everyone in teams of four, or you will be making your own teams (not sure which one yet). NO POSTING HERE SAYING YOU WANT TO JOIN THE TOURNY YET! When I announce when the tourny is going to happen, along with the rules and set up, you may post here saying you want to join, and the first {insert number here} of people that post will get in.(because like i said, there will most likely be a entrant limit) ------------------------------------------------------------------- The Map: Download The special Neutral bomb Gametype (required): Basketball Video: BasketBall Game Ollie-oop Screenshots: One of The Back-boards and hoop BasketBall Spawn Slam Dunk!!! --------------------- When spartans have a bomb to plant, they dont go tactical to get into the enemy base, THEY PLAY Fing SPORTS WITH IT! The object of spartan basketball is to grab the nuetral bomb, and slam dunk it into the enemy basket. Quite simple you might think. WRONG!!!! Everybody's speed is slightly higher, and all are invincible. You wield nothing but a plasma pistol, with which you can assasinate enemy ballers. But if you grab the basket ball, well, thats where the challenging part comes in. When you have the ball, you instantly Shed you invulnerable armor, and gain great speed! All it will take is a single punch to put you to the floor if you aren't quick on your feet. You must run across the court, dodging and jumping over your foes, then you must jump into the air and slam dunk your ball into the hoop, causing a massive explosion! Hey cool map idea and great concept. Seems like a fun game too, but I have to say the map looks barren. You should add something more to it, i.e. bleachers, stands, viewing areas, or just anything to spice up the map. I'm sure if you put a little more effort into building up your map and polishing it to make it look nice and attractive, you'd probably get a lot more downloads. Hope I helped some, but nice game. yeah, we were planning on spicing it up some soon, but we just wanted to see what people thought of it first before we started adding stuff in. I appreciate the feedback and advice though =D

I like your variation of Grifball. It brings a whole new aspect of height to the game, which I think grifball is lacking
When I announce that there is going to be a tourny for sure. Still about 196 DL's to go, and I doubt it will get them without it being knocked to the top of b.net forums. If it doesn't get the DL's, we will probably just have the tourny later on, and the prize will be the minimum amount of points you can buy from a store.
