Made in China Made in China is a FFA map fit for 2-8 players.It was once an old fortune cookie and weapons producing factory. Unfortunately when the factory was abandoned the fortune cookies were taken with the workers, but on the other hand the weapons weren't. The factory is now used as training grounds for Spartans. The map features a dome, several fun and tactical jumps, and brilliant lighting throughout the map. It supports FFA Slayer, FFA KOTH, and FFA Oddball. Looks like a good map. Very well interlocked and planned out. Many unique things I haven't seen before are in this map such as the roof in picture 7. Only thing I don't like is the lack of a variaty of weapons.
Pretty awesome. It makes me hungry for fortune cookies. Good fusing and nice layout. A few more screenshots would be nice to help build the bigger picture.
Ok, just added a mauler on the opposite side of the shotgun and a needler on the opposite side of the mauler. I also changed some of the weapon placement points...
well this is defiantly the best thing ever made in china. anyways i like the dome room and the whole map looks really planned out and nicely interlocked. worth a download so keep up the good work
Great layout. Any map that is enclosed like this with multiple levels requires great planning (or a lot of luck that everything will work in the end). Most of your forging we neat a few places wasn't so nice. On big thing on the map, you can also see the in the picture of the central area, is that the big column made of tube is not really forged very well. But all forging aside the lay out is awesome and gameplay is great. By the way... This map doesn't have any lead paint in it does it?
Very nice FFA map. Really like the design on the map and i have to say that everything looks very neat along with that cool dome like area. Everything is good but yes, as others said some more weapons would be nice, i know BR are really good but you gotta add some more variety.
Alright, after downloading and playing this, I have to say this map is quite nice. Have you tried it with carbine starts? (its a modded gametype) It worked VERY well will FFA carbine starts. The map was beautifully put together, and the only problem I had manuevering the map was with the center structure where the shield door is, some of the wedges look like you can walk up them but you can't. Reccomendations: I would suggest removing the shield doors in the middle and add maybe a wall slit instead because it is hard to tell what side of the sheild door a person is (especially with the blue light). Remove the regenerator, it didn't work very well. Less plasma grenades. Based on FFA gameplay, I would give this map a 4/5.
This is the kind of map that keeps me coming back to Halo forge. Awsome interlocking. Might benifit with some other weapons but still amazing. Score:9.2
Aesthetically, this looks very impressive. Don't know about the weapon layout but I will download and get back to you.
K, already added needler and mauler, just wondering if I should take out a BR or two and maybe put in some SMGs, sound good?
Wow son this map is sick. I really like the whole dome idea and that blue room looks amazing. This is just the type of map that reminds me I have to step my forge game UP! 4/5

The map looks very impressive, especially the outside view of the factory. The column in the center area looks AMAZING. The weapon list looks pretty good, but I noticed that there are no frag grenade spawns. =O Just wondering, why would the workers take the fortune cookies but not their weapons? O____O
Ummm, they're pacifists. And I didn't put frag grenades in because when I tested it the frags made it TOO chaotic, so I took them out.
I just played this map today, 1v1, with a friend of mine. I have to say quite vehemently, those shield doors suck ass. There is no other way to get into that room, and when the other player has the shotgun, it was far too camp-able. Seeing how beautifully well designed the rest of the map was, it felt like this was such an elementary mistake. The only way I could get him out was when he ran out of ammo, or when I grabbed the Overshield. I'd suggest adding another way into the dome room, or removing the shield doors. Other than that, I really, really, really liked this map. It was fun to play in, had great aesthetics, and was the only map that had a sound effect in it (outside had those grav lifts spawning/being destroyed by that killball...brilliant. It added a lot of atmosphere to the map). Overall, I'd say that perhaps there were a few too many plasma grenades. Edit: After some thought, I also found the deployable grav lift to be nearly useless.
I just was looking for a good FFA map. then I found this. Great work. I haven't tested it yet so I can't rate it more but a definite DL.
Not entirely, the reason I placed the gravlift in is because it's a quick way from ground floor to BigRedLedge.
