Repulsive Core is a map for a mostly basic assault variant that I also made to fit named Repulsive Bomb (original name ain't it?). The main thing that makes it a *unique* assault map is that in the center of the map where the bomb is held, there are 3 soccer balls being constantly repelled by man cannons and shield doors to make getting the bomb quite a hassle. The rest of the map is a symmetrical close quarter arena.

Sniper side of each base (Beam Rifle instead of a Sniper Rifle because I like Beam Rifles better than Sniper Rifles, and less ammo so less abuse)

Defensive Plasma Turrets on each side

    Spawn points for each team

    Weapon armory for both teams

So thats my map and I hope you will all like it, and if you don't, some advice on how to improve it would always be welcomed. =]

I am not a fan of armories because you should have to look/ fight for your weapons. I like the ball room alot though. But the other parts of the level could be improved by interlocking, straightening up the map and just adding a bit more secenry.

That is an interesting idea with the soccer balls. That would be a cool way to adapt a map to give it some uniqueness. My only thought is that the other parts are a little open. Maybe a little more cover, add some more and maybe a few signs or fence walls. Just a little help to get the game moving and add a little excitement. It's all about choices and letting the game have flow.
