Hello, this is my first time posting a map, so excuse any errors. I know the concept of dodgeball on halo is old, but this was my first map i made ages ago when dodgeball was novel and i didn't have a forgehub account so i couldn't post it. The map itself is pretty basic. Two sides separated by a river of death and pain. Each side has their own bunker which contains equipment that can only be used once. To prevent people from just hiding in the bunker for the entire game, a door spawns after 120 seconds. Enough time to grab what you need. You start off with two lives (so you get the hang of the game) and once you run out the only way to respawn is if your teammate kills an opponent. You can only gain points by sticking your opponent. I have one problem with this map, there is to many of dodge ball maps. Especially in action sack. Me personally dont like dodge ball maps. But this looks pretty good. U should make a version 2 and take out the shield doors on the stairs that would make it better.
although there is nice symetry and interlocking. its not that good of a dodgeball map. you paid too much attention to aesthetics and forgot about cover and gameplay because on the inside its just two flat sides
Looks pretty good ive been playing sack with some of my friends and dodge ball maps have came up a few times. Nice Job.
yeah i realized there are too many dodgeball maps nowadays, but i made this way before action sack. i like the shield doors, it gives a false sense of security as there is a gap at the top. well not exactly, the arena offers deployable covers, which gives you a sense of control over the battlefield as you create the cover to how you want it
