    Low Road - UPDATED V.2

"Spawn straight into combat in this small competitive map."

LOW ROAD V.2: SEE UPDATED LIST AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST!

Low Road is a small competitive map designed for more focused combat scenario's. You and your team need to keep pushing forward if you don't want to get over run. Team work and strategy are key to success and cover is vital for survival.

This map is compatible with all game types, but was designed for Team Slayer: Specifically for small teams (Team Doubles works well here) There are no weapons on this map, so you need to rely on the weapons you spawn with. The combat is focused and fast paced and you'll always spawn into the action. There is lots of cover on the map with adds more strategy for the more hardcore players. It was designed with Hardcore game types like SWAT in mind. The Map also works well with King of the Hill and with Infection.

UPDATED - Low Road has upgraded, It now features a new spawning area, to stop spawn killing. In addition Weapons/Equipment have been added
2x Battle Rifle (One on each base)
2x Beam Rifle (One on each base)
2x Plasma Pistol (One on each base)
2x Dual Plasma Rifles (One pair in each base)
2x Bubble Shield (One in each base)
1x Flamethrower (One in the centre of the map, main power weapon)

This weapon list is designed to be as balanced as possible, but this list is subject to change.

First of all having no weapons is a really bad Idea, maybe you could put a power weapon like a Sword or sniper rifle in the middle so teams have to rush to get it or something, anyway this map looks alright but I think it would be insanly easy to spawn kill. I can also imagine doing Conquest on this..mite work mite not...IDK

Spawn killing was one of my main concerns during production, I've added shield walls to reduce the likely hood of this. But I'm thinking of adding One-Way Teleporters to give people a chance. However due to the placement of spawn points, spawn killers will eventually get over run. The choice of no weapons spawning was purely to keep the combat focused. Power Weapons give other players too much of an advantage, because of the maps narrow design.

It looks like a good concept, but I would definitely consider putting in weapons, and working on those spawns. I can see what you were going for in this map, but you should try to make a V2 after testing it a few times and figuring out the flaws.

Yeah, I'm probably going to start working on a V.2 of this map tonight. I was thinking that the spawn points will be on a elevated platform, to the side of each base. I've also made some game types for the map, which I'll upload when I get back on my 360.
